Total Warranty complements the standard warranty of Electron monitoring, protection and control equipment. It provides repair or replacement for covered incidents, with no additional charge for parts, labor or service.
What is covered
Lightning, electrical overload and equipment burnout, liquid ingress, falls and impacts, natural disasters, total loss and misuse are included in the coverage.
Terms and purchase
Choose 4, 7 or 10 years of coverage with our sales team. The standard warranty must be active when purchasing Total Warranty. Protection can be renewed up to a limit of 10 years from the original equipment purchase date.
Making a claim
Contact Electron and send the equipment to our headquarters for assessment and repair or replacement. Our team can help you purchase coverage and clarify the conditions that apply to your equipment.
