Electron do Brasil respects the privacy of customers, visitors and users. This policy explains how we collect, use and store personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

The contact form collects your name, phone number, email, company, subject and message. Quotes collect contact details and the requested products, quantities and configurations. Applications collect your name, phone number, email, message and resume. Submission is voluntary. We also process your IP address to limit attempts and prevent form abuse, with Cloudflare Turnstile verification.

We use this data to respond to contacts, provide support, prepare and send quotes and assess applications. Security data protects the site and forms. When authorized, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand site usage and improve navigation.

To unlock catalogs, manuals and software, we collect your name, email, phone number and requested file. Registrations are available to authorized staff in the admin panel. Commercial communications by email and phone are optional and require separate permission, unchecked by default. We record your choice, the text displayed and, when accepted, the date of permission. You can withdraw permission by contacting [email protected] or +55 11 4496-3627. An essential cookie containing no contact details unlocks the requested file for one hour. Another protected cookie lets you reuse your details stored on the server for 24 hours in the same browser to unlock other files, preserving your original consent choice. You can enter different details in the form. Each requested file is recorded. Registrations are retained for as long as necessary for these purposes and may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.

Your quote and cookie choice are stored in browser local storage. Admin sessions and security mechanisms may use essential resources. Google Analytics is only loaded after you accept analytics cookies. Declining keeps navigation and forms available. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. This choice does not authorize advertising cookies.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may use hosting, storage, email and security providers necessary for operation, or meet legal obligations and requests from competent authorities. Google receives analytics data only if you consent. Third party maps and videos follow their providers’ policies; video players load only when clicked.

We keep data for as long as necessary to answer contacts, prepare quotes, record service and review resumes during recruitment. Resumes are stored privately, accessible only to authorized staff through the admin panel, and are not attached to notification emails. After the purpose and applicable obligations have been fulfilled, data may be deleted or anonymized.
