In an increasingly connected industrial environment, operational safety and cybersecurity are nonnegotiable priorities. At Electron do Brasil, we ensure that energy efficiency and smart monitoring of your electrical assets come with maximum protection against vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
Our transformer monitoring solutions and IEDs use a multilayer security architecture, ensuring data integrity and operational peace of mind.
Security Architecture: Electron's Dual Hardware
The main innovation in information security at Electron lies in the dual hardware architecture of our acquisition devices, such as EP4-IOT:
1. Dual Processing and Security Layers
Our devices use two dedicated microcontrollers to ensure data integrity and communication security:
- Offline Microcontroller (Configuration): Dedicated exclusively to local configuration and maintenance, with no direct connection to the external data transmission network.
- Online Microcontroller (One-Way Transmission): Responsible only for external communication. It performs unidirectional data transmission, always from inside to outside, creating a physical barrier against external cyberattacks and protecting the internal control network.
This architecture protects your assets by preventing external agents from using the remote monitoring channel to access the plant's control system.
Local Control and Autonomy in Asset Management
Electron do Brasil understands that operational autonomy is vital. Our solutions offer the ideal combination of control and convenience:
Local Control and Remote Monitoring: A Dual Advantage
- Local Control: Your team retains complete local control of critical operations and hardware settings, ensuring sovereignty over your infrastructure.
- Secure Remote Monitoring: Gain the convenience of real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance with Monitrafo.com without compromising operational safety.
This approach lets your company benefit from the efficiency and agility of remote monitoring through IoT, while maintaining the security and autonomy the sector demands.
At Electron do Brasil, we provide the safety your high-voltage operation needs. Protect your electrical assets and boost performance with the best industrial automation solution.
