Description

The EHMI – IOT is an advanced, flexible monitoring solution that integrates industrial equipment and substations into an IoT ecosystem. Its storage capacity, remote communication and compatibility with industry-standard protocols provide comprehensive, efficient monitoring, improving operational safety and optimizing predictive maintenance.

The EHMI – IOT communicates with up to 32 sensors using the Modbus RTU protocol. It processes the received quantities, allowing mathematical formulas to be applied and units of measurement to be defined before presenting them on its OLED display. The display organizes information from up to 32 devices into structured pages, making it easy to view and track monitored data.

The EHMI – IOT has an integrated WiFi modem with a built-in 3 dBi antenna and an Ethernet port with an RJ45 connector. When enabled, this feature allows Internet connectivity and immediate transmission of collected and measured data to an MQTT broker server. Data can be accessed through the MONITRAFO.com platform, enabling remote monitoring of equipment and substations.

The EHMI uses the MQTT protocol and integrates advanced tools such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Databases, Programmable Functions, Automatic Calculations and Notifications. If the connection is lost, data is stored locally and sent to the server later.

With the MONITRAFO platform, users can configure custom projects, track measurements in real time and access detailed reports on monitored quantities, actuations, alarms and predictive maintenance. Monitoring is available through a web browser or the MONITRAFO app for Android and iOS.

When integrated with the MONITRAFO platform, the EHMI – IOT provides a complete ecosystem for monitoring and managing electrical assets, significantly expanding its functionality:

• Efficient Monitoring: Access to advanced monitoring, diagnostic and failure prevention tools directly from the cloud, providing flexibility and operation from anywhere with Internet access.

• Real-time Alerts: Immediate failure and alarm notifications via SMS, WhatsApp and email, ensuring fast responses to critical events.

• Artificial Intelligence Reports: Generation of detailed reports with precise diagnostics, supporting preventive maintenance and identification of potential problems before they become critical.

• Interactive Dashboards: Custom project views in modes such as Dashboard, Overview and Map, making it easy to identify active events and efficiently manage monitored assets.

• Event Annunciator: Real-time notifications to the entire team about substation events, promoting effective collaboration and ongoing equipment maintenance.

• Maintenance Schedule: Periodic maintenance recommendations generated by IEDs and artificial intelligence, ensuring optimal performance and extending the service life of sensors and electrical assets.

• Team Communication: Easy integration and communication among team members through platform notifications and chat, optimizing maintenance management and maintaining an action history.

• API and Integrations: Support for multiple programming languages and integration with ERP systems and IoT platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Totvs, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and IBM Watson, providing flexibility and versatility to meet specific user needs.
